Overview
Tom Quigley is an oil painter from Manchester. He is most recognised for his paintings of mundane aspects of the city centre such as the famous backstreets. His new series of works are completely different; they are all based in and around Bollington. He was drawn to the rural environment in Bollington. He challenged himself to capture the natural beauty spots, landmarks and the endless patchwork of fields.

Tom has been drawing and  painting all of his life. He studied Fine Art at Leeds Metropolitan University back in 2007 and has been creating art ever since. In 2016 he was on Sky Arts, 'Landscape Artist of the Year' which was held at Wray Castle. He has always had a passion for art and wanted to pass on his knowledge, to that end, he became a teacher and is currently teaching art at Tytherington School.
